It’s bank holiday in the UK. Most of the people from the UK, including my hubby have a day off from work. But not me, working with teens in social care, you got no break. They need you 24/7. It’s fine am telling to myself, I have got 7 days off in September 😉
Hello,
I am Crina Andreea, born in Romania, moved to London in 2018.
I love working with vulnerable kids and their families.
Focusing on education, parenting, mental health, wellbeing, and improving the lives of children living in poverty.
Raised as a child in a disadvantaged family, this is what made me stronger in this unfair world. Sharing my experiences to encourage young people to believe in themselves is what I love doing.

What a wonderful job you do, Crina. We need more people like you in the UK (I’m here, too). I have a teenage granddaughter who is very troubled and there seems to be no support for her at all. The health service is in crisis including the mental health system as I daresay you’re aware. Thank you for what you’re doing to make a difference … Ellie 🦢
Hi Ellie
Thank you for your kind words. I truly understand, we need caring and passionate people for their job. Working in care is not an easy job, unfortunately is also underpaid.
